I offer counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions on a 1:1 basis in my comfortable office space in the peaceful countryside, 2 mins outside Castlewellan, where you will feel safe and supported. This confidential environment offers a place where you can discuss your difficulties. Working collaboratively, you are free to explore past and current events and share your feelings freely without judgement.

Counselling can be on the short -term (6-24 weekly sessions) or depending on your needs, can be longer term and open ended. In our assessment session, this is discussed further as I tailor the therapeutic process to what you individually need. As a CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) Level 2 qualified Breathwork Coach, I also integrate breathing and other somatic approaches (with your permission) that connect both your body and mind, giving you power over your stress and everything listed below in a holistic and really empowering way.

Issues I work with include: Anxiety, Anger Management, Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Depression, Dissociation, Bereavement, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Self Esteem issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Attacks, Stress, Self harm, Suicidal ideation, Relational Trauma, Recovery from Coercive Control, Support for managing Fibromyalgia, Menopause, Emotional Resilience, Assertion and developing Boundaries.
